It’s important to hydrate your skin to keep it soft, smooth and healthy. To hydrate skin is to simply add water to it. Here are 3 easy to apply ways that you can use starting right now to hydrate your skin:

  1. Eat a healthy diet which includes lots water-filled fruits and vegetables.
  2. Drink plenty of water. It’s a great idea to drink 1/2 your body weight in water in ounces, but drinking at least eight 8oz glasses of water is recommended.
  3. Use a high quality moisturizer to seal in moisture after your shower and daily skin care cleansing routine.
